Tomorrow morning, just hours away, promises to be a huge day for Team Diviney. Kicking-off at 8:30 in the morning is the De-Clutter for the Divineys mega yard sale event being held in our hometown of Ashburn, VA. Words simply fall well short of exactly how massive this event is. It’s not just a warehouse-sized store filled with contributions, but the festival-type atmosphere being held outside. Everyone who donated the time and sweat has my deepest appreciation. It’s incredible! You’re all incredible!
Here’s a picture I “borrowed” from one of the event volunteer’s FaceBook page (I’m sure I broke some term or condition). It shows the layout of just some of the merchandise, as it was being set-up a few days ago.
Here’s a picture of how items or arranged (as of yesterday).
Want to see more pictures? Go to Ashburn Patch and see a dozen more!
Finally, the event is now getting media attention. Earlier this morning the event coordinators lead and I did a radio interview that will be on CBS Radio (99.1 FM, Washington, D.C.). I’m not sure when it will start running, but the link I provided will also allow you to listen live online. I expect media coverage at the event tomorrow.
Event Day Forecast: 70 degrees at opening, partly to mostly sunny with only a 10% chance of a brief shower.

Unbelievable that people are parting with so much of their “stuff!” This is not going to be a good thing for the real estate market, however. Sales will drop like a rock in Loudon County since people won’t need to buy a bigger house for all their “stuff!” Think positive — maybe they will buy smaller house after all this de-cluttering, and the market will soar! 😉 All for Ryan!

Just wanted you all to know I LOVE your new front page picture!! It makes me smile 🙂 Thinking of each of you all EVERY day! sending xoxoxoxo your way

Weeeeeeeee it’s going to be so much fun!! Grab the kids, cajole your significant other, text/call your friends — this is the SALE OF THE SEASON and you will not be disappointed!!!
Declutter for Divineys has come through with a home run once again!!! When you see the quality as well as the quanity of sale items, you will agree!!!
Time to raid all the secret stashes of cash around here — piggy banks, purses, money for a “rainy day” — if I’m going to spend it, it might as well be for people who exemplify exactly what the word “LOVE” means!!
