Austin Vantrease Attorney Request
Before I get in to promoting a huge fundraising event (with photographs) happening this Saturday, I am compelled to comment on yesterday’s post, Violent Felon, Austin Vantrease Wants Donor Information. More precisely, the response to it. It was beyond amazing! My sincerest thanks to everyone who shared it (and continue sharing it) throughout social media. Readership hit a new all-time high by late afternoon. Thousands Tens-of-thousands made it a point to interfere with Austin Vantrease on what is (to me) heartless and flat-out wrong. It again demonstrates some people (often to include legal representation) seem lacking of foresight.
Your comments are right on the mark. I enjoyed reading each (so far). Like so often, these are intelligent, engaging, and fun to read. They make this website incredibly popular worldwide (recognized among the Top 5%, if you don’t mind me bragging about us again). It is central to keeping Ryan relevant. I bet the Dominion Post, the newspaper that ran the article, must have wonder what hit them as people jumped over from my link to their online article!
Before I move off this I want you to know that we should all sit tight and wait for a ruling. I can’t imagine it won’t be in our favor, but stranger things have happened in United States legal history. Then, if needed, I’ll give guidance on filing an injunction and/or a class-action lawsuit. I’ll also recommend on techniques to get our outrage/position into the national media. Then, I’ll ask Team Diviney to carry the torch… yet again. People need to know about such things and we are just the ones who can see it happens.
I love that these issues, as silly as they seem to us, are determining legal precedence — not only in West Virginia, but also nationally. This is why it’s important. I feel certain that Diviney vs. Austin Vantrease and Jonathan May, et. al., will be cited in future cases to protect other victims. I’m proud of what we all are doing here! As an added bonus, it keeps Ryan and the defendants in the public’s eye. It creates a digital footprint that will never go away.
Now, on to today’s topic.
De-Clutter Mega Yard Sale Event
The event is being held in a vacant grocery store in Northern Virginia this Saturday from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm, rain or shine. Contributions have poured in over the past several weeks and the volunteers are working hard organizing everything this week. It’s crazy! The funds raised from this event will go to my family to spend at our discretion to meet the day-to-day challenges we face.
See [Event Details].
Sue and Kari (who surprised us by coming home for Ryan’s birthday) visited the yard sale site over this past weekend and simply couldn’t believe the support! Sue cried as she told me. I was teary-eyed as I listened. She said she had to take pictures to show me because she would never be able to explain it with the praise it deserves. In turn, I will share some with you. Remember, to enlarge the picture just scroll your cursor over it (or click on it).
Just incredible! And it doesn’t even come close to showing it all. For example, all the clothing will be on hangers on racks. Really, you just have to make it there on Saturday to get a full appreciation.

Incredible! Kari, these slippers are you! I couldn’t help noticing all the bikes for sale behind Kari, although looking past this gorgeous daughter of your was quite difficult LOL! People are so generous and are surely doing what needs to be done for Ryan — just for Ryan.
Hoping for good weather and it’s looking good so far. To reiterate — the sale is indoors — and it is huge, something for everyone. 🙂 The drum set is very impressive, and the art donations are beyond expectations. This will be a grand treat for all you shoppers. Be there!
