I decided to shoot a quick video (5 minutes) on one of the recipes I use for Ryan’s blenderized food. I mix up the ingredients with each batch, but essentially arrive at the same nutritional values.
For example, I use Salmon in one batch but Soybean in another. Actually, I do have a method. Anyhow, my objective is to provide the most nutrient-dense foods and achieve a balance. So much to consider…
Here’s the video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEJA5J5q3Oc. It will open in a separate window. Hope you enjoy.

Great job! Love the Vita Mixer. I have a love/hate relationship with mine. I don’t have the more modern one, however.

Great video, Ken!! We should all take a page out of Ryan’s nutrition regimen!! You take such excellent care of him, Ken, that’s why he’s so healthy and strong. We need to get a deck built so you can take Ryan outside to enjoy the cool summer mornings. The sunshine will be like manna to his soul. The other day I asked Ry if he wanted to go to the beach sometime and he nodded “yes.” One of the prayer warriors is going to bring back some sand from the beach so Ryan can feel it between his toes. Someone break out the Jimmy Buffett CD’s!! Love & prayers, Paula

More proof that Ryan’s life and well-being depend on you, Ken. I think I could drink this for lunch! It has all my favorite foods, except maybe okra, and I prefer that fried since I’m from the south! No doubt, Ken, my favorite YouTube video! You are the best! Thank you so much. Always here.
