On Tuesday morning, Ryan needed his tarsorrphaphy eye surgery redone. Since it failed the first time, this one was far more radical.

They Call Me K-Pimpin’
I wasn’t able to write over the weekend. Turns out, I spent Saturday night at my daughter’s college house. She needed me! Actually, I went to run her cable television, put on a few deadbolt locks, fix an electrical circuit, de-clog the bath tub, and assorted other handyman projects.
Tarsorrhaphy Surgery Fails on Left Eye
The operation to suture Ryan’s eyelids mostly shut, called a partial-tarsorrhahpy, has failed in the left eye. Over the past several days the eyelid has opened far beyond what was intended or expected. For all practical purposes, the eye is completely open again.
