WOW! What a well done video. Thank you so much for sharing it, as I missed it when it aired. I must admit I cried several times, not only while hearing Sue tell the heartbreaking story of the night of the attack, but also while listening to the long list of vendors willing to donate supplies to help Ryan, and then to see Ryan’s reaction to the shower. I just called my current heating and air company to make sure our service contract is up so I can call Michael & Son’s in the spring! I am so impressed with them. Oh, I also enjoyed the two boys thumb wrestling in the middle of the construction. 🙂 Hope Ryan’s having a good day today.
We too, enjoyed watching the video. I taped it for my in-laws, who used Michael and Sons for a very big job at their home in Annandale a few years ago. It was extensive sewer/drain work on their front lawn. My in-laws kept mentioning how wonderful Michael and Sons were throughout the process. I will be sure to use them should the need arise! Thank you Michael and Sons!!!!

The Helping Hands program on NBC Washington at noon on New Year’s Day gave us more than a few teary moments, I must say. The unbelievable amount work they did for Ryan was completed in 2 short weeks and was done exceptionally well. We are happy to say that Michael & Son gives fine service, and we are satisfied customers. Their people are friendly, professional, well-trained, and most important of all, FAST, which makes quite a difference in your bill. In other words: They are the best! I “Liked” you a long time ago! Also like your newsletter. I forgot to mention “trustworthy.” Michael and son’s employees are screened to the inth degreel. We like that! The last work we had done here by your company was an all day plumbing job. We “forced” your man to have lunch with us. Hope he didn’t break any rules, but we would say: Anything to make the customer happy!
