Helmet shipped at 2:00 AM
Yesterday we learned, via email (see bottom of page[1]), that Ryan’s Infrared Helmet had shipped from Florida. Emerson Worldwide is the manufacturer. With any luck, we might have it as early as Friday. More likely it will arrive early next week.
Principle of How it Works
Before I get into a brief explanation of how this works, I do want to point out that I have some reservations about its claims. Right now, I am trying to decide if this is truly science or pseudoscience. IBRF sees the benefit in it and since there is no apparent harm, my decision is simple one.
The Infrared Helmet
Simply stated, infrared is believed to stimulate cell growth in every type of tissue, including the brain. It’s already been demonstrated that LED at the high-end of the red spectrum is widely used in medicine. Examples include lasers to heal scars and wrinkles. Whereas, the helmet uses low-level LED, which is much cooler. When exposed to certain light frequencies, tissues can trigger regrow. LED infrared light is within this spectrum.
So, for me, the proof will take just one form… Ryan’s recovery. His outcome/improvement will make me a believer (or an outspoken critic).

I feel for the whole family and your beautiful son I am sorry to hear there was no responce to the infra red helmet for Ryan please do not give the helmet up as yet add the following information to Ryans proceedures it may reqire a catalyst to help activate the dormant cells lying around the damaged cells ( high oxygen content)
Have you talked at all about HBOT therapy

We continue to use it twice daily (30 minute sessions in front and rear configurations).
We have been using HBOT since last November (30 days in/30 days out) for two 1.5 hour session with 8L of oxygen.
My son has Autism, he wants and really really wants to talk but he can’t do it , he cant express abstract toughts. He like a gentleman swallows his tears and stairs at something sadly. He is only 7. For a month I have done infrared cold laser massage of his head at 1 minutes. Teachers are happier . But no breakthrough. Did this helmet work? Please let me know. Even partially? Was it bad?
In Ryan’s case, I don’t feel it has helped. š
2+ years ago, I clipped an article of a doctor who came up with a device that electrically stimulates the brain, such that, people in a long-term coma state, woke up.
Also, let me know whether the helmet works. I’ll be order parts and building my own within a month.

Ken, these lights promote coral growth (of both soft corals and hard corals) in our store. I am amazed by this helmet. How do they calculate or read regeneration?

What a break through this could be and how exciting it must be to have the possibility lingering out there that this might just do the trick & long awaited progress for Ryans return from his coma shall begin.
